FAQs about hiring a me for your event

How much does it cost to hire you?

Average spend is €1250 plus VAT. Final quote depends on your event details, location, numbers, etc. so get in touch to find out more.

Why should we hire you?

Laughing together is the fastest way to make new friends and connections, and playing games improves your creative problem solving skills. I keep it simple for you by bringing everything you need to make the job easy, with minimal tech setup so you can enjoy the show.

How long are your events?

Most events last under an hour. But because they’re packed with fun, often they feel longer! (in a good way, mind).

What kind of shows do you do?

Funny ones! My most popular one is Comedy Bingo - a 60-minute customisable game show that’s easy to play and fun to watch. I also offer other shows like Irish Culture Through Comedy, my PLAY motivational talk and Dungeons and Naggins live. Because I am a very versatile fella, I’m also very partial to making bespoke game shows to suit your event’s specific needs.

Do you do Sex Toy Bingo?

Yes, because Comedy Bingo is customisable to any theme. Sex Toy Bingo is especially popular with university Student Unions, during Sexual Health and Guidance Weeks. All the prizes are what you think they are and it’s even pretty educational in places too.

Do you do stand-up comedy?

I used to, and I like to think I was really good at it. It was my job for years, so it paid the rent and brought me some big gigs. I even won some awards. Nowadays, I prefer making and hosting all kinds of game show events. It offers a slightly slower pace of life, and often earlier nights!

 Do you do live shows?

I mostly do private events, but you can see me in Dublin on the third Thursday of most months, at MOB Theatre in Wigwam, on Abbey St. I host Dungeons and Naggins live podcast recordings. It’s a really fun show and always different, with new guests every time to mix things up.

Did you make a board game?

Yes, I made a board game called Dungeons and Naggins. Think of it as a party game version of games like DnD, for people who like simple rules and good craic with optional drinking game rules. Find out more here.
